Feed products

Concentrated feeds are the base of calves fattening projects, which are made from grains mix to provide the animal with all the nutrients its body needs. There are many types of concentrated feeds, they are chosen according to the animal’s age, weight and type. Sudanese feeds are of high quality because they are made from natural ingredients, and therefore many countries are keen to import them.

We have great expertise and efficiency in the field of feed industry, and we have a laboratory that analyzes the results of feed mixtures before exporting them, and issues authenticated certificates that are internationally recognized. Our export fodder products include concentrated feed, alfalfa, rhodes, and Ambaz.

Concentrated Feed

Contains relatively large amounts of nutrients per unit weight or volume, and is mixed with other feeds to make a complete food with high energy content and low fiber content (less than 18%).

Alfalfa

Alfalfa is one of the most important fodder crops, particularly valued in the diet of dairy cows. It is also widely used as a pasture plant and as feed for other types of livestock. Known for its ability to boost growth rates and overall livestock health, alfalfa is rich in mineral salts, proteins, and essential vitamins. Farmers grow alfalfa to produce stored hay and fresh fodder, as well as for grazing pastures. Additionally, it contributes to soil health by acting as a natural fertilizer and offering protection against erosion.

Ambaz

Ambaz is the leftovers from the sesame or peanut squeezing process. It is used as an excellent feed for livestock. It has different forms, and is used by livestock keepers as protein supplements because it is high in protein, fats and other substances.

Silage

Silage is a type of green fodder produced through a fermentation process. It is commonly used as livestock feed due to its high nutritional value and easy digestibility.

Bunicum

Bunicum is a perennial herbivore plant, up to 2 meters long, with an average life span of about 7 years. It is suitable for feeding livestock, rabbits and camels, but must be used in combination with other feeds in the case of fattening.

Rhodes

Rhodes grass (Chloris gayana) is a perennial plant well-suited to tropical and subtropical climates worldwide, and it is commonly cultivated in agricultural regions of Sudan. It contains protein levels ranging from 8% to 13% and is rich in other nutrients such as potassium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, and more. This grass is highly palatable to grazing animals, particularly cows.
